Hallman Pro/Evo RX and Pro/Evo Boost Controllers
What is the difference between the Pro/Evo and the Pro/Evo RX?
The Pro RX/Evo RX comes with a ceramic ball and a light spring. This allows for for finer,smaller amounts of boost. Typically, boost can be controlled in half pound increments. The RX version is designed to max out at around 6-7 psi with the ceramic ball and light spring. This kit also comes with a heavy spring. The spring can be changed for additional boost. This works well for most applications.
The Pro/Evo has a steel ball and heavy spring installed. You can expect to start adjustments at stock levels and go up from there. Boost is controlled in whole pounds. Applications rarely "max out" the psi with this version.
